Starting a Business During a Financial Crisis

When I lost my job back in 2008 during the Financial Crisis, the job market was awful and I decided to start my own business in my apartment with no money during a terrible economic environment and I turned out alright. If you want to start your own business, in order to help you, I’ve personally written a completely free instructional sheet on how to form your own business and get started.

It’s 100% free, this will probably upset attorneys that get away with charging you thousand dollars for this information, but this my gift to you.

Everybody wants to know the secret to success in business. Here’s the secret from my experience… The secret to long-term, sustainable success is to provide value to others. If you work hard and you are resourceful and you provide value, you will be successful.

Here is the link to the article, it’ll save you money and headache and I wish I had this information when I started off, so I’m giving it to you for free.

Stimulus News.

The last stimulus package, the CARES Act, cost $2.2 trillion dollars. Within that stimulus package, the stimulus check program cost $300 billion dollars. From the previous stimulus package, there is approximately $259 billion dollars of uncommitted funds that was dedicated to a Federal Reserve Lending Program.

President Trump said

“it’s money that we have that we built up and money that we haven’t spent, and I would love to give it to the American people as a very powerful stimulus”.

President Trump says that he may be able to legally use that uncommitted money to issue a second stimulus check, but President Trump thinks it’s more appropriate if he gets Congressional Approval.

President Trump says

“it’s literally a one-sentence approval from Congress”

and then we would get a second stimulus check.

I want to remind you that Democrats say that they are fighting for a second stimulus check, which is in their HEROES Act. The Republicans say that they are fighting for a second stimulus check, which is in their HEALS Act. But when the opportunity is right in front of them, it appears like they are just talking and not taking action.

The Senate is back in session today until October 9th. After October 9th, the Senate goes back on vacation for 30 days. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will be introducing the Republican stimulus package today that will provide money for healthcare, education, and economic issues. McConnell literally said economic issues, so we don’t know the details.

It is expected that this stimulus bill will provide an extension of federal unemployment benefits, additional PPP money, and institutions will receive liability protection to protect them from lawsuits.

McConnell says that the Senate plans on voting on this as early as Thursday.

Our Letters

Thank you to everyone who supported the letter to Mitch McConnell. It looks like Bernie Sanders read the letter as Sanders said

“Today, I say to Mitch McConnell: Do your job. For Once in your life, stop worrying about your billionaire campaign contributors, and respond to the needs of working families”.

Thank you for all your feedback and in response to your comments. We’re putting together a petition where you can contribute your name for the politicians to pass additional relief during this time of crisis.

You’ll be able to list your name only once per IP address.

If you want to write your own letter to the politicians, we’ve listed their official mailing addresses here:

along with our letters.

In addition to the stimulus package, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi need to agree on the government budget to prevent a government shut-down. Last week, they said that they had reached an informal agreement that would keep the government funded for the rest of the year.

However, Mnuchin just said that

“we haven’t agreed on the specific details”.

Mnuchin also said

“I hope by the end of the week we can begin moving forward on that”.

Covid-19 News

The TSA says that airlines had only 1/3 of the traffic compared to Labor Day Weekend last year, due to Covid-19.

The top nine pharmaceutical companies are racing to be first to market with a Covid-19 vaccine. These nine companies have signed a pledge to prioritize safety and uphold high ethical standards by not requesting premature government approval for their Covid-19 vaccine.

This is in response to the FDA saying that they may consider emergency authorization for approval of a Covid-19 vaccine before Phase 3 clinical trials were complete, just like what happened with Russia’s Sputnik-V.

Covid-19 cases have decreased to 24,362 new cases and 265 fatalities on Monday. This is according to the John Hopkins University.

However, the medical community is saying that we shouldn’t let our guard down since Fall is approaching and flu season begins in October. Flu season peaks in December until February.
