The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced a temporary eviction moratorium that will be in place through the end of this year. The moratorium applies to individuals earning less than $99,000 a year and married couples earning less than $198,000 a year who are unable to pay rent or housing payments due to the COVID pandemic.
